Winemaker Trevor Sheehan had a strong working knowledge of producers and vineyards from acclaimed regions around the globe well before he turned 30.  He then started Precision Wine Company to showcase the complexity of flavor, diversity of terroir and distinct characteristics of California’s appellations and wine regions.

With his knowledge, and by surveying the current landscape of Napa Valley wines, he set out to capture a taste and feeling that wasn’t readily available in the market – remarkable quality wines sourced from top Napa vineyards.  Trevor carefully defined his own winemaking style over the years, drawing inspiration from fellow winemakers such as Neil Venge and Henri Jayer.

This gorgeous Cabernet (Reg. $45, now $24.95) is rich and concentrated featuring dark plum, black cherry, blueberry and currant flavors that complement the nutmeg-laced spice and fine-grained tannins. The finish lingers echoing mocha, espresso and cedar.
